It has 10, 2mm balls along the side, which sit on a 10mm high x 10mm wide x 2mm deep hoop. The gauge (thickness) of the wire is 24ga, so it's thin and comfortable enough to insert easily, and weighing just 0.2g so it's super lightweight and comfortable to wear. It is also suitable to wear in a septum, helix, cartilage, tragus, daith or huggie lobe piercing too.
