Carbis Bay, St Ives, Cornwall is a handmade recycled paper collage art print made out of upcycled materials.
The beautiful Carbis Bay, St ives the host of the G7 summit this summer! The colours and light of this bay are stunning and I have tried to capture these in my collage. Everything has been cut and torn out of old magazines and junk mail to create this picture, all materials would have normally been put into the recycled bin which makes the creativity all the more pleasing and eco-friendly! I sketch my scene out and then gradually create the picture alot of patience is needed and I am always amazed at the way paper collage can interpret it!
The print makes a wonderful gift and can be personlised with a handwritten message on the mount. If no personalisation is requested I will write the name of the place and my signature, in pencil.
The MDF frame is painted white with a slight woodgrain effect and the mount arctic white, it can be hung on the wall or stands on a tabletop.
Gift wrapping is avaiable in brown Kraft recycled gift paper, string and tag.
