Mevagissey, Cornwall is a handmade paper collage card made out of recycled materials.
Mevagissey, Cornwall is such a bright, vibrant place, bursting with life and fishing boats! I wanted to capture this harbour town with my collage and colourful interpretation of it! All made in a sustainable way, with recycled old magazines and junk mail, cut and torn! The fishing boats took patience to do but I so love them, all so individual wtih characters of their own. I also like to add some relevant text here and there relative to Cornwall! Making things in an eco-friendly way gives the good feel factor and is such an important part of Junk Mail Art
I have made several different Cornwall based cards, which you can see in my NOTHS shop. The rustic brown envelope included is recyced and the plastic sleeve that protects it is compostable.
