A beautiful 100% recycled paper notebook featuring my hand drawn Inky Pigeon illustration on and also inside the covers, which is an unexpected surprise. Each A6 book contains 40 saddle stitched blank pages, perfect for sketching, colouring or jotting down ideas.
I wanted to celebrate our urban wildlife, and a pigeon has unexpectedly beautiful colours when you look closely. All of my illustrations are created in the same way. I hand carve bamboo pens from bamboo that grows in the studio garden, and use pen and ink to create vibrant nature themed artwork.
Each notebook has been printed in the UK and all carbon produced in the manufacture of the recycled paper has been offset with the planting of trees in partnership with the Woodland Trust. Packaged in biodegradable cello, sealed with a sticker.
