The traditional Japanese diet is naturally rich in various nutrients, including fibre, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, and vitamins A, C, and E.
On this course you will learn to make dishes which offers good amounts of seaweed, yuzu juice and green tea. These are great sources of antioxidants, which are beneficial compounds that protect your body against cellular damage and disease. Using oily fish & seaweed in the Japanese diet provides long-chain omega-3 fats, which promote brain, eye, and heart health.
You will prepare and cook dishes around the KitchenJoy island and can enjoy eating your dishes together with the group on the long dining table. There will also be some left over foods for you to take home to share with your loved ones.
