Delivery info
The item is sent via DPD next day tracked. The item requires a signature for delivery. We do not recommend leaving the item outside or in a safe place if you are not in as any adverse weather or temperatures will effect the balloon.
The item must be accepted on the intended day. If DPD are unable to delvier this due to someone not avaiable to sign for the item, DPD will take the item back. This could lead to a degrading of quality with the item as it is perishable. It is your responsibility to be in on the delviery day. If you are not in and the delviery is rearranged for a further day, we cannot be held responsible for any degrading of quality with the item as it is perishable and will be effecgted by cold and other enviromental factors.
During busy periods DPD may delivery this item early. This is more common if you have chosen a Monday delivery. During busy times, DPD may delivery an item that is requested for a Monday delivery at a weekend. This is out of our control and cannot be used for an area of complaint unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please do refer to the tracking information we provided
Choosing your delviery day - We do advise to get the item delviered 1 day earlier than neeeded. DPD do delvier up to 9PM on the delivery day. Due to this, we would advise getting the ballooon the day before the actual day to avoid having the item arrive later than expected. We cannot offer a refund if your item is delayed by 1 day. In the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed by a day due to circumstances beyond our control we will refund the delivery costs but the cost of the balloon will not be refunded.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
