We are a talented team of marshmallow makers creating mouth-watering treats which not only taste delicious but look stunning too

La Maison Guimauve (The Marshmallow House) has been whipping up gourmet marshmallows in our London kitchens since 2015. LMG is headed up by Sheila Harrington, who first tried French marshmallows or 'guimauves' in Paris and couldn't wait to introduce them to the UK. Now Sheila and her team ship their award-winning marshmallows all over the world. Their Subscription Gift Box is a must!

Creativity and a passion for what we do is at the centre of our marshmallow house. We always focus on simplicity of natural flavours and believe that handmade techniques make our marshmallows as wonderfully fluffy and delicious as they are - hand-crafted with love!

Our melt-in-the-mouth mallows were an instant hit in our early days at London’s Kings Road market, and since then we’ve grown our range to include marshmallow towers, marshmallow toasting kits and delicious seasonal marshmallow flavours available throughout the UK and internationally.

We are an award-winning company based in London with 4 coveted Great Taste Gold Stars!

We are delighted to say that we have won a total of 4 Great Taste Gold Stars for Classic Vanilla (2020), Double Chocolate (2017) and Raspberry & Lemon (2017 & 2020).

All of our marshmallows are made using the finest ingredients, natural flavourings and plant-based colours. We use fish-derived gelatine meaning they are suitable for pescatarians. They are also suitable for Halal and Kosher diets.

Sustainability means so much to us. Our packaging is plastic free and most of it is home compostable. Our delivery boxes use paper based fillings and tape and cardboard packaging. Any other packaging is recyclable.

Our marshmallows do not use ingredients which contain gluten, egg or nuts although there may be traces of these allergens due to contact with our equipment.
