How do I send my photo? Submit an enquiry after ordering to upload a digital photo or send us a website link. Upload photos one at a time to show us more detail or any extras you want including. Alternatively you can email your image to [email protected] with your order number.
What do you draw? We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and won't include people and background - but let us know anything specific in your enquiry. The illustration is coloured and digitally printed.
Can I check what you’ve drawn? Yes - we’ll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and make any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
