The Satay Club (rub)
A versatile Satay rub named after the street food hawkers originally found close to Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It’s hard to find a street corner in Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia that isn’t sizzling to the smell of freshly cooked Chicken, Beef or Pork Satay.
Ingredients: Garlic, Sea Salt, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric, Onion, Lemongrass, Sugar and Rice Flour. Net weight 60g
Rub Me Long Time (rub)
A classic Thai Red Curry dry rub with mild heat and exotic Asian spices. This rub is inspired by the many and varied Thai Street food shops found in the Banglamphu area of old Bangkok.
Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Ginger, Sugar, Oregano, Lemongrass, Galangal, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Star Anise and Rice Flour. Net weight 60g
Singapore Sling (salt)
Sea salt infused with ginger and chilli flakes for use with asian inspired cuisine. This Salt can be used with Beef, Pork or Poultry dishes to give a hit of spice. Also great used as an ingredient on vegetable stir fry’s.
