Gingerbread Spice
A classic blend of ginger and warming spices for great biscuits and cakes. Traditionally thought of as a preservative, Ginger was a common spice amongst Christmas treats due to it’s great expense.
Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Allspice, Cloves and Rice Flour. Net weight 30g
Speculaas Spice
Speculaas biscuits are traditionally baked in Holland and Belgium at Christmas time. The Dutch East India Company opened the trade route for aromatic spices from the Spice Islands - Indonesia’s Moluccas archipelago.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Coriander, Aniseed, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Mace, Cloves and Rice Flour. Net weight 30g
Pumpkin Pie Spice
A traditional American Spice mix for use with both sweet and savoury bakes. The American equivalent of the British Mixed Spice, this blend can be used in pies, cakes, cookies or even sprinkled on your morning latte.
