We will contact you via a Support Enquiry after your order has been confirmed to request your personalisation requirements (if you haven't already provided your text in the box provided).
Please note it may take 48 hours for us to respond or create your artwork mock-up. Please check spelling and grammar before supplying content. You can provide as much or as little text as you like – we will work with whatever your content is. We supply unlimited rounds of changes should you have minor amendments to the text or layout.
If you would prefer a different material, size or ink colour please contact us via the ‘Ask Seller’ button.
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your
specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a
hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken
are non-refundable, unless faulty.
