Palo Santo is a sacred tree native to South America and this wood has been sustainably sourced straight from Peru.

For thousands of years the wood, resin, and oil have been used for medicinal purposes and sacred incense. For centuries indigenous cultures have used this wood in traditional healing and spiritual ceremonies to help clear negative energies.

This is naturally occurring wood and will naturally vary in colour, and shape. Each Palo Santo Wood piece is 5g about 10mm in length and 5mm thick. Palo Santo wood from seasoned wood collected, ethically sourced in Peru. The Palo Santo sticks are machine cut to reduce unnecessary waste.

Palo Santo wood is used as a sacred incense due to the strong fresh trail it produces when it is smouldered. The palo santo pieces do go out by themselves and are therefore safe to use indoors.
