Cured Meats
An extraordinary array of the finest cured meats from the North to the South of Italy – the true definition of artisan quality and taste. All the meats are still processed by hand and the curing and seasoning is strictly done in the cellar only during the months from November to March: winter temperatures, humidity and experience are the masters.
Our range features some outstanding Calabrian Salsiccia, Spicy Nduja, Capocollo, Soppressata, Spianata, and Salamino, all available in both spicy and non-spicy version.
Cheese
From field to table, our Award-Winning cheeses are the result of the artisanal processing of milk, free of additives and preservatives, exclusively coming from sheep and cattle fed on natural pastures and with selected herbs and fodder.
