Hand thrown porcelain teapot with a satin matt glaze.
Handmade by Linda Bloomfield in her west London studio. A beautiful organic shape which pours well, with a transparent glaze on the inside and a tactile satin matt glaze on the outside. The shape is inspired by midcentury modern ceramics such as those by designer Eva Zeisel. The teapot is thrown on the wheel in porcelain, then tilted on its side. As seen on The Great Pottery Throw Down.
The teapot holds two to three cups.
