Tor G. Nitzelius (1914-1999) was a curator and tree specialist at the Gothenburg Botanical Garden. He created popular gardens, wrote several books and also had a big interest in x-ray images of plants. Nitzelius pictures was discovered by chance fifty years after they were produced by visual artist Johan Brink, who has processed selected images.
