Explore the warming spices of Sri Lankan cooking that compliment and bring out the flavour of the main ingredient. Cook together or wow your significant other with this easy to whip up, delicious meal kit. Perfect for a birthday, anniversary, for a foodie or just because. The packs are eco friendly and beautifully packaged within tissue paper in a kraft box with a beautiful printed sleeve. The kits have a maximum shelf life of a year on them.
Variations
All the kits come with a recipe card, shopping list, ideas for variations & a picture of what the dish should look like. Choose between the mains and sides & between malabar roti's (great for scooping up curries) or coconut roti's (which pack a great coconut flavour). Gluten free options avaialable. BANANA LEAVES NEED REFRIGERATION & CAN ONLY BE KEPT FOR A WEEK IN THE FRIDGE, IF NEEDED FOR LONGER THEN PLEASE USE BAKING PAPER INSTEAD.
The box includes:
Starter: A green chutney marinated seafood or jackfruit wrapped in banana leaf & baked- Banana leaf needs refridgaration until you are ready to use it, a maximum of a week, otherwise please use baking paper.
Main Curry Kit: choice of Chicken / Prawn/ Jackfruit or Sweet Potato curry kits
Sides Kit 1: choice of Mixed vegetable / Spicy potato kit
Sides Kit 2: Choice of creamy cashew nut a pea curry / Warming beetroot curry kit
Basmati fried rice kit (150g) with spices and instructions to make a fried rice / Malalbar Roti kit

We've collaberated with WrapKind, a sustainablitity superstar that repurposes fabric donations from the fashion industry that otherwise would have ended up in landfills to make gorgeous reusable fabric wraps for our kits. Make the wrap part of the present for the recipients to re-gift, creating a chain reaction of sustainability
Made from high quality spices that we hand roast & grind oursleves to make a tried & tested family recipe of roasted & unroasted curry powder to include in the packs.
Ingredients include:
coriander, cumin, cloves, green cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel, peppercorn, curry leaves, tamarind powder (corn starch), turmeric, chilli flakes & powder, nutmeg, fenugreek, Pandan leaves, lemongrass, Coconut milk powder. Allergens: Mustard Seeds
Best-before date approximately 1 year from purchase.
To get the most from your spice kits, store in a dark place away from direct sunshine and ideally use within 6 months of purchase.
