Handmade in solid 9ct yellow gold this elegant slider pendant necklace features a sunburst motif. The patterned finish has crisp, uniform lins emanting from an off centre position. Like much of my work this design has been inspired by Art Deco design, the pattern reminds me of beams of light exploding outwards, a really eye catching design.
I've spent many hours getting this design just right, its been a real labour of love. The well defined, crisp lines have been achieed through laser engraving - I'm so pleased with the end result, striking, tactile and eye catching.
The sunburst motif is set on the front of a domed circle and the piece is backed with a corresponding domed circle to the rear to create a simple gold pendant necklace, it sits on an 18" chain as a slider necklace that creates elegant movement when worn.
Gold is special and intended to be treasured, but this piece is also intended to be worn regularly - not languished in a jewellery box for special occasions, its been made to be worn and I am certain it will be a staple of your collection.
