If you order one, or several of our products the NOTHS site has standardised the postal costs and it automatically calculates the postage costs for thousands of different products.
Sometimes this process does not cover our actual postal and packaging costs for sending out items and in such cases we are advised by NOTHS themselves to contact the buyer directly to ask them to select one of the extra payments amounts from the drop down box on this page, (we will specify the amount for you).
Also, if there are extra requests for personalisation or hand written messages, again we are advised to contact the buyer direct to ask them to select one of the extra payments that we specify.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
