Our Story

The Future We aim to provide high quality, thoughtful and unique personalised gifts. One-of-a-kind keepsakes for all ages & occasions.

How it started...

Founded in 2016 by female entrepreneur, Joanne, Love Unique Personal has become one of the leading retailers in personalised gifts. From humble beginnings and a budget of just £100, Jo bought her first batch of stock to started selling locally. Her husband, Bradley was quickly taken on as her first ’employee’ and recruited to deliver orders locally. Over the years, many family members have helped out in the warehouse at busy times such as Father’s Day and Christmas!

How it's going

Fast forward 8 years and Love Unique Personal has grown to an amazing little team of people who help design, produce and pack your orders each day. We have faced some challenges over the last few years with Brexit, the pandemic and cost of living crises to name a few!

As a small UK business, each order you place is so important! We have put blood sweat and tears into the business you see today. When you shop with Love Unique Personal, you are helping support our family and the families of our employees and we are all soooo grateful!

Delivery

Standard Delivery

Once your item has been personalised & packed with love, it’s time for it to be dispatched to you. We use a variety of couriers so delivery times may vary depending on which product you’ve ordered and which shipping service you have selected. All of our products are sent from our warehouse in East Sussex, UK. Most items we send from our warehouse are sent on a tracked service usually via Royal Mail or DPD.

Please note that if items are returned to us by the courier due to them not being collected, we ask that the customer covers the cost of re-delivery.

Delivery Times

Most of our items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas & Father’s Day. On some items you will have the option to upgrade to ‘Express’. This means we prioritise your order, personalising and dispatching your order within 24 hours (weekdays) since purchasing, ideal if you’ve left things a little last minute! This will be shown when ordering but any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All delivery times will be shown when ordering. All delivery times are an estimate & items are made to reach you on or before the maximum delivery times stated on the product. However, Love Unique Personal cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed due to a courier.

Any missing deliveries must be reported within 10 days of your dispatch/order complete email as following this time we may not be able to trace them.
