Variations
Each cuddly clone is made in a colour palette suitably close to your dog's natural colouration and tones. Yarn will be selected from our collection and matched on colour and texture to help create a likeness of your pet.
Sizing options: All sizings are approximate due to the nature of our creative process. To make the large Snuggle sized plushies, we double our workings with our usual process to ensure the plush you receive will be approx. twice the size of a standard one of the same pet.To make the dinky versions we half our usual workings to create a plush approx. half the size of our standard pets.
Every attempt is made to get all details of your pet included and colouration as accurate as possible, but please remember, we can only include what we can see from photographs and what you tell us about your gorgeous pet!

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, sizes can vary dependent on the breed (e.g. the heigh of a dachshund would be shorter!) and approximately measure:
Dinky Pawfect Memories Plushies approximate measurements: body approx. 6 inches long and 4-5 inches tall.
Standard Pawfect Memories Plushies approximate measurements: between 10-12 inches long and 8-10 inches tall
Snuggle Sized Pawfect Memories Plushies approximate measurements: between 20-24 inches long and 16-20 inches tall

To obtain as much detail as possible, please include images of your pet when you place your order by sending these through the 'contact the seller' button in your order enquiry. Please include details unique to your pet such as special markings, colourations, or, for example, an ear that bends in a strange way or a paw that has different colouration!
Dependent on colouration, a variety of manmade fibres and yarns are used. We rarely use natural fibres, but we can avoid using natural yarns such as wool and alpaca on your request.
Each toy will have two safety eyes. Some toys will have a safety nose dependent on the artistic choices made when creating your pet.
Each toy is CE (now UKCA) compliant, however we would advise not to give these to young children (under 36 months). Do not expose to open flames. We advise you do not machine wash these plushies.
Recommended care: sponge clean with a damp cloth; or for heavy soiling please handwash at 30 degrees only. Always dry naturally.

Processing times are applicable AFTER suitable images are received. We cannot begin creating your order until we have images of your pet. A delay sending images will result in a delay processing and receving your order.
All toys are sent via Royal Mail special delivery due to their value.
We can create a personalised gift certificate for you with a photograph and these can be posted first class, or uploaded to the customer enquiry portal after purchase for you to print and gift yourself.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
