50% Dominican Republic Milk Chocolate Bar

Our 50% Dominican Republic milk is a darker milk but retains the creaminess of lower percentage milk bars. Vegetarian, free from refined sugar/artificial ingredients.

Our milk chocolate is perfect for any chocolate lover and is incredibly creamy with caramel notes. Made using the same cocoa beans from the Öko Caribe farm as we use in our 70% Dominican Republic bars.

We only use ethical farms for our cacao, ones that can insure a fair price. The farmers at Öko Caribe are paid 111% more than the average ‘fairtrade’ wage for cacao farmers.
