60% Haiti Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar

Our 60% Haiti chocolate has beautifully balanced notes of dark fruits and caramel. Vegan and free from refined sugar and artificial ingredients.

Our Haiti dark chocolate has a lower cacao percentage than our other three dark chocolate bars, yet it has one of the most vibrant flavours.

We get these beans from the Pisa farm in the Acul du Nord region of Haiti, who also grow figs and yams. A deep caramel-like sweetness really comes through in these cocoa beans when they are roasted correctly. This bar is perfect for those who like a lighter dark chocolate or anyone who enjoys a deep, fruity flavour profile!
