Handmade sterling silver heart pendant with semi precious birthstones.
This stunning sterling silver pendant has a textured heart charm approximately 15mm across with a semi precious birthstone approximately 3mm set in the middle and soldered directly on the sterling silver ear wire. You have a choice of 15 stones so you can go for your own birthstone or you can pick your favourite colour.
