Delivery & Returns

Delivery info

Please note that we are sending all of our domestic post via Royal Mail second class. Theoretically this should only take 48 hours but due to the pandemic there are a number of issues with local sorting offices throughout the country. On a few rare occasions this can cause delays of up to three weeks. If you would like to ensure your item is with you in plenty of time, please choose DPD tracked delivery in the dropdown.

International post is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which you can pay for as you checkout, and we will provide you with a tracking number when it leaves our studio in Devon. Due to certain border closures there may be significant delays but we are doing everything in our power to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
