Spread Love & Light

Lu & Li is on a mission to create timeless handcrafted finishing touches that embrace culture and tradition.

We are two mums spreading love and light through our passion for creativity. Brought together by our eldest children, Luca and Liyanna. These two are not only besties but the inspiration behind our brand name.

What’s so special about Lu & Li you may ask? More than anything it is our love for all things beautiful... we want to bring unique pieces to people who have an appreciation for detail.

With every piece we make, design and curate our aim is to make sure it steals the limelight and we ask ourselves this question; will it spread love, culture or build on traditions? As long as the answer is YES to one of these questions we will embark on another creative journey to bring it to our customers.

We might be based in South London but distance is not an issue, near or far, we can get you what you need.

Delivery

Due to the bespoke nature of most of our products; time to process, design, create and dispatch will vary. We will always endeavour to dispatch each product as quickly as possible and keep you updated if there are any delays. If unsure please check with us for estimated timeframes.

Please see below for a breakdown:

We aim to dispatch all non-personalised items within 1-3 working days

We aim to dispatch wooden lasercut items within 7-10 working days (10-14 days during busy periods)

We aim to dispatch other personalised items within 1-5 days.

As our products are handmade the lead time on bulk orders will be longer.

For orders that contain a combination of the above we will dispatch with the item that has the longest dispatch. For example if your item contain a non-personalised item(where dispatch = 2-3 days) and a wooden lasercut item (where dispatch = 10-14 day), ALL items will be dispatched together between 10-14 days.

From the point of dispatch Royal Mail's delivery timeframes apply depending on the selection at checkout
