Sterling Silver or 14kt rolled gold or gold filled is an actual layer of 14kt gold pressure-bonded ('rolled') to the core metal. Rolled Gold is different from gold plating or vermeil as rolled gold literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Rolled gold is more valuable and tarnish resistant and if well cared for can last for years.

Cleaning your jewellery:

Sterling Silver - It's natural for some tarnishing to happen over time. Use a silver polishing cloth to remove light tarnish. For heavier tarnish - clean with 2 tablespoons of baking soda in hot water. Leave to soak until the piece is bright and shiny. Rinse in cold water and buff with a soft, cotton cloth.

Gold Filled - Oils from you skins will transfer to the metal and will need to washed off. Wash carefully with an old toothbrush and mild dish washing liquid. Lay on a towl to dry and only store when completely dry.

Freshwater Pearls are 6.5 - 7 mm in diameter

Necklace has a dangle of approx 8.5 cm long- length preference does not include the dangle
