Create fabulous new pieces of jewellery to wear by melting your old gold and silver pieces.
Join us in the studio for a day of jewellery making with a difference.
This is a great opportunity to rediscover old and unloved accessories. Dig out your old and forgotten sterling silver or gold jewellery, using the technique of sandcasting, transform it into wonderful new pieces that you can wear and treasure once more.
During the day you will be expertly guided through the design process and learn the technique of sand casting. You will make a mould from sand, melt the metal and pour it into your mould. You'll learn how to cut, shape, file and solder, to create unique and professional pieces of jewellery.
If you know someone who loves jewellery, why not give them the gift of making their own – or come to a class together for a unique day out.
LOCATION: Walthamstow, East London. Black Horse Road, Walthamstow Central and St James Street stations are a short walk from our studio.
