Our very first madeleine creation! The madeleines are infused in lemon and lime zests and filled with a perfectly balanced lemon and lime confit adding moisture and a gentle kick. It is beatifully complemented by a lemon and lime glazing to add an extra layer of flavour and crispiness.

All our madeleines are baked to order with only the best ingredients. There is no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings. They are individually wrapped in compostable cello bags to keep them fresh and are presented in a gift box with a gorgeous ribbon.They can be sent directly to the lucky one!

Resisting the temptation to eat all madeleines at once takes strong willpower. However, if you want to save some for another day they can be kept for up to 6 days in an airtight container in a cool room. And if you really want to make them last, you can even freeze them for up to 3 months and defrost at room temperature.
