Madagascan Vanilla Madeleine Gift Box

These madeleines are for vanilla lovers! The madeleines are flavoured with Madagascan vanilla beans freshly grated from vanilla pods and infused in brown butter. Once baked, the madeleines are individually filled with homemade Madagascan vanilla syrup and individually glazed with Madagascan vanilla beans for extra crispiness and intense flavour.

Madagascan vanilla provides some pepery undertones which work particularly well with the sweetness and caramelised taste of the brown butter!

All our madeleines are baked to order with only the best ingredients. There is no preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings. They are individually wrapped in compostable cello bags to keep them fresh and are presented in a gift box with a gorgeous ribbon.They can be sent directly to the lucky one!

Resisting the temptation to eat all madeleines at once takes strong willpower. However, if you want to save some for another day they can be kept for up to 6 days in an airtight container in a cool room. And if you really want to make them last, you can even freeze them for up to 3 months and defrost at room temperature.
