Our Berries tower features rich, opulent colours and berry flavours - packing a punch with flavour but also ensuring that your macaron tower doesn't blend into the background and becomes a highlight of your event decor.

This colour palette is perfect for autumn / winter ceremonies but equally would look striking for a summer event.

Flavours and colours include:

  • Chocolate Mint (forest green)

Our towers are available in three sizes; 6, 8 or 10 tiers (85, 140 and 210 macarons), are great as a centrepiece for an evening reception, as an alternative to a wedding cake and make beautiful dessert options.

Dimensions

Please note that your tower will not arrive assembled. (We have to put the macarons in little trays to make sure they survive their journey to you!) But, they are super easy to construct - we promise!

ALLERGEN INFORMATION - ALL macarons contain eggs, dairy and nuts (almonds). Wherever possible we use natural food colourings in our macarons, but, in some cases they may contain up to 4 of the following food colorurings: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.

Strawberries & Cream macaron ingredients - Almonds, sugar, egg whites, almond, strawberry puree, lemon juice, butter.

Raspberry macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, unsalted butter.

Chocolate Mint macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya) double cream, unsalted butter, natural flavouring, ethanol, triacetin.

Vanilla macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, sea salt.
