Our towers are available in three sizes; 6, 8 or 10 tiers (85, 140 and 210 macarons), are great as a centrepiece for an evening reception, as an alternative to a wedding cake and make beautiful dessert options.

Lemon macaron ingredients -Sugar, egg whites, almonds, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), lemon zest, butter, white chocolate( contains soya), gold food colouring spray.

Vanilla macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, sea salt.

Raspberry macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, unsalted butter.
