Wherever possible we use natural food colourings in our macarons, but, in some cases they may contain up to 4 of the following food colorurings: E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.
Raspberry macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, unsalted butter.
Lemon macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, lemon juice (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%)), lemon zest, butter, white chocolate( contains soya).
Vanilla macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, sea salt.
Pistachio macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, pistachios, pistachio extract, white chocolate (contains soya).
Salted Caramel macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, salted butter, caster sugar, cream, sea salt.
Chocolate macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), cream, unsalted butter.
