Want to offer your guests something a little different at your wedding, party or event? Our macaron towers make perfect centrepieces for dessert tables or as a stand alone alternative to a traditional cake.

Variations

The Golden Hues tower offers the classic macaron flavours of Raspberry and Pistachio and pairs them with Salted Caramel and Chocolate - all robust flavours which will suit all guest tastes.

This colour palette is perfect for spring / summer weddings but would look equally striking during the winter months as a real wow showpiece - we think this tower is perfect for matching to blush, pale pastel colours and stronger gold tone detailing chosen for your big day.

  • Pistachio (pale green)
  • Chocolate (French navy)

Our towers are available in three sizes; 6, 8 or 10 tiers (85, 140 and 210 macarons), are great as a centrepiece for an evening reception, as an alternative to a wedding cake and make beautiful dessert options.

Macarons are supplied in trays, the tower strcuture is supplied flat pack (but is very easy to set up!)

All macarons contain nuts (almonds), dairy and eggs. All macarons are gluten free.

Salted caramel macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, salted butter, caster sugar, cream, sea salt, gold edible spray.

Raspberry macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, glucose – fructose syrup, raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, unsalted butter

Pistachio macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, almonds, unsalted butter, pistachios, pistachio extract, white chocolate (contains soya).

Chocolate macaron ingredients - Sugar, egg whites, ground almonds, chocolate (54.1% cocoa solids, contains soya), cream, unsalted butter.
