* Contact us with your logo, choice of product(s) from our range, preferred colours (our own branding can be added or removed if required) and number of items required.
* We'll send you a quote along with a visual mockup of how your order will look. We'll also send out a physical sample if necessary.
* Once happy, place your order (up to 50 units will arrive within 10-12 business days, larger orders may take longer). All shipping is fully tracked and insured, we can ship directly to you or the individual recipients.
*** THE SMALL PRINT ***
* MINIMUM QUANTITIES: Due to setup costs for logo personalisation, minimum quantities apply: Accessories (20 units) all other items (15 units). There may be additional charges if extra artwork and sampling is required. There are no minimum quantities for standard initial embroidery.
* DUTY & IMPORT TAX: You are responsible for all import tax. Please check with your local tax authority for an estimate.
* RETURNS & REFUNDS: Because the items are personalised and cannot be resold we do not accept returns for corporate orders. We do however replace any faulty items with an immediate free replacement and offer our usual 1 year warranty on every product sold.
