UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPHS - I need to have good quality photographs to allow me to create your artwork as accurately as possible. You can do this by the following step-by-step.
1. Log on to your notonthehighstreet.com customer account
2. Click your name at the top of the page and go to ‘My Orders’
3. Find the relevant order and click the blue ‘Contact Seller’ button
4. Upload your photos using the text box at the bottom of the page (you are able to select more than one photo at a time by holding the ctrl button whilst selecting your photographs or highlighting a range of photos if you are on a Mac). Please note you have to provide text in the text box for photographs to upload successfully.
The drawing: I will colour match colours from flowers using artistic licence where appropriate to enhance the piece compositionally.
Can I check what you have drawn? Yes - just select yes to a digital proof in the order form, and I will upload a proof via a customer enquiry and we can discuss the colours and check that you are happy with the image and make any changes.
Timescales: Your initial sketch will take up to 5 working days. Once approved the final piece will take 5-7 working days to create.
