Our beautiful boards are hand crafted in our Cumbrian Workshop. Made from Cumbrian slate they are packaged in a beautiful gift box.
We are a family who are proud that our beautiful slate products are designed, quarried, crafted, personalised for you in our workshop, wrapped and packaged in the heart of the Lake District.
There are lots of slate boards on the market but ours are different - We use the traditional V Deep Cut method of engraving which means that the engraving will last and look stunning for years. We also polish all of our slate boards around the edge, most boards on the market are not finished with such a beautiful edge and all our slate is all quarried in Cumbria (not all can claim that either!!)
Variations
We can engrave up to 40 characters around the edge of the board or 20 characters around the top and 20 characters around the bottom for £69. Following requests we can engrave up to 80 characters around the edge of the board (we make the font slightly smaller) for an additional £30.
The board has small cork mats underneath surfaces are not scratched.
Please note that your engraving will appear exactly as you enter it, including any capitalisation (e.g. Emma, emma, EMMA).
Your board will arrive in a beautiful black gift box with a hand tied ribbon.
