Shea Butter
This butter is intensely nourishing, but also gentle and easily absorbed. It contains oleic acid, a saturated fatty acid which is highly compatible with the sebum naturally produced by our skin, making it easily absorbed.
Coconut oil
The combination of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and hydrating properties of Coconut oil make it truly unique. It contains saturated fats and medium-chain fatty acids, which not only help to repair the skin barrier and trap water, thus hydrating the skin, but also reduce inflammation.
Cocoa butter
This rich butter protects and moisturises your skin. It is high in fatty acids which penetrate the skin for deep hydration. Cocoa butter is rich in antioxidants including oleic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid. These fatty acids benefit your skin, by providing a layer of protection from skin stressors and free radicals. This helps to slow to process of aging while acting as a mild sunscreen.
Beeswax
Our Organic Yellow Beeswax is melted and filtered naturally.
By acting as a protective, breathable layer on the skin’s surface, beeswax helps to lock in moisture for soft, supple, hydrated skin. The natural barrier properties of Beeswax also help to protect the skin from environmental damage, such as traffic pollution.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is essential for healthy skin growth, repair of wear & tear on the skin, keeping skin smooth and protecting against cracking. What’s more, with its good antioxidant properties, it can help prevents premature aging and wrinkling of the skin.
White Jasmine Essential Oils
Jasmine infused oil gives a delicate fragrance. Jasmine essential oil, is not only believed to be an aphrodisiac, but is also a cicatrisant meaning that it can be applied to the skin to help fade and eventually eliminate scarring and pock marks. It is often used by new mothers to help eliminate unwanted stretch marks.
Essential oils are not actually oils. Rather they are highly concentrated plant constituents possessing potent medicinal and cosmetic qualities. Most essential oils are high in antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Essential oils are miniscule in molecular size, meaning they can be absorbed well by the skin.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Keep your moisturising massage bar cool in warm weather, or it may melt.
