Himalayan salts, Epsom Salts, Sodium Bicarbonate
Himalayan salt is a type of rock salt that is mined from the Punjab region of Pakistan, near the foothills of the Himalayas. It is often pink in color due to trace minerals, such as iron oxide, and is prized for its unique flavor, aesthetic appeal, and supposed health benefits. Himalayan salt is primarily composed of sodium chloride (like regular table salt), but it also contains small amounts of other minerals such as:
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Potassium
- Iron (which gives it the pink hue)
Epsom salts
Epsom salt is rich in both magnesium and sulphate, both poorly absorbed through the stomach, yet easily absorbed through the skin. Magnesium is the second most abundant element in human cells. It helps the body regulate over 325 enzymes and plays an important role in organizing many bodily functions, like muscle control, electrical impulses, energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins.
Sulphates play an important role in the formation of brain tissue, joint proteins and the proteins that line the walls of the digestive tract. They stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and are thought to help detoxify the body of medicines and environmental contaminants.
Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
Sodium bicarbonate provides a naturally alkaline substance with a reputation for helping to remove toxins. It can help to detoxify and alkalize your body, help to soften the skin leaving skin feeling silky soft.

This dreamy oil can help in the treatment of acne, by balancing an oily complexion and helps with sleeplessness, fatigue, nervous tension and restlessness.
