Epsom salts
Epsom salt is rich in both magnesium and sulphate, both poorly absorbed through the stomach, are both easily absorbed through the skin.

Sulphates play an important role in the formation of brain tissue, joint proteins and the proteins that line the walls of the digestive tract. They stimulate the pancreas to generate digestive enzymes and are thought to help detoxify the body of medicines and environmental contaminants.
Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
Sodium bicarbonate provides a naturally alkaline substance with a reputation for helping to remove toxins. It can help to detoxify, alkalize your body and soften the skin.
Sweet Almond Oil
Sweet Almond Oil is a very mild, hypoallergenic oil contains all sorts of natural goodness that includes vitamin E, vitamin A, essential fatty acids, proteins, potassium, and zinc. It’s positively packed with the vitamins and nutrients, making it perfect to include in your daily skincare regime
Shea Butter
This butter is intensely nourishing, but also gentle and easily absorbed. It contains oleic acid, a saturated fatty acid which is highly compatible with the sebum naturally produced by our skin, making it easily absorbed.
Coconut oil
The combination of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and hydrating properties of Coconut oil make it truly unique. It contains saturated fats and medium-chain fatty acids, which not only help to repair the skin barrier and trap water, thus hydrating the skin, but also reduce inflammation.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is essential for healthy skin growth, skin repair, keeping skin smooth and protecting against cracking. What’s more, with its good antioxidant properties, it can help prevents premature aging and wrinkling of the skin.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant constituents possessing potent medicinal and cosmetic qualities. Often high in antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, they are tiny molecules so can be absorbed well by the skin.
