How to use the planner:
The schedule section is perfect for planning your routine in manageable chunks of time.
Priorities: set yourself a maximum of six priorities for the day and check them off as you do them
Water intake: it’s recommended that we drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Mark the droplets off throughout the day
Exercise: plan something in, from a walk to cardio, and you're more likely to stick to it
