The Paloma - meaning Dove - is the most popular cocktail in Mexico. Typically made with Tequila (but much better with mezcal) it is made with fresh grapefruit juice, lime, and grapefruit soda. Two keys have made things easier by producing a grapefruit soda that is packed full of fresh grapefruit. It pairs beautifully with the honeyed, floral notes of our Espadin. A superior afternoon sipper.

35ml Pensador Espadin
100ml Two Keys Grapefruit Soda
Lots of ice
Garnish with a slice of lime or grapefruit (optional)
Enough here for 8 cocktails, leaving half a bottle of mezcal for sipping neat or further experimentation.
