A porcelain decorative plate finished in a stunning pearl lustre and personalised with a special message to celebrate a special wedding anniversary or birthday.
This porcelain plate is handmade in my Cornish workshop. A lovely idea for pearl wedding anniversary gifts or 30th wedding anniversary gifts for parents or birthday gifts.
First the plate is slipcast in porcelain clay and then finished by hand, when dry it is bisque fired. A clear glaze is then applied and the plate is then high fired, next a pearl lustre is applied and the plate has a 3rd firing. Finally a ceramic transfer is applied with your personalisation.
