Our shrubs are great as a gift for those who are like to explore flavours and experiences with different cocktail and mocktails. Our shrubs give soft drinks a grown up feel with the cider vinegar providing a subtle acidity on the pallet.

Using local fruit grown here in Kent, we have 3 flavours of shrub syrups for you to enjoy. each fruit provides something unique and distinctly different - an excellent treat or as a regular tipple. Morello cherries grown in a single orchard give a reall depth of cherry flavour whilst damsons and raspberries sourced from a single farm give a taste of the countryside. our damson is unique and a real depth of flavour whilst the raspberry is full on - just how we like it!

Each fruit is mixed with a touch of cider vinegar to create a subtle aciditiy which gives the shrub it's grown-up feel. The cider vinegar adds more intensity to the taste experience along with the sweetnes from the fruit. Bitter sweet fruit all together.

Mix with tonic or soda and ice to make a delicious tall drink or add to your favourite spirit for a more traditional cocktail mixer.
