The card can be personalised with any words of your choice, which are embroidered above and below the leather heart, with your chosen initials, name or word in the centre of the fabric heart.
Words of up to 20 characters max can be embroidered on to each line, this includes spaces and punctuation and words of up to 5 characters can be embroidered inside the centre heart.

If you would like your leather anniversary card to be sent direct to the recipient, you can add a message to go inside the card, which will be printed onto a paper insert.
