Choose between two designs, BIRTHDAY CAKE or CUPCAKE. Each can be personalised with any names and words of your choice which are embroidered above and below the cake.
Words of up to 20 characters can be embroidered on to each line, this includes spaces.
If you would like your birthday cake card to be sent direct to the recipient, you can add a message to go inside the card, which will be printed onto a paper insert.
