The handmade congratulations card can be personalised with any words of your choice, which are embroidered above and below the medal.
Words of up to 20 characters can be embroidered on to each line, this includes spaces.
The card comes with a choice of a red striped ribbon or blue striped ribbon, with either a star, a heart or a number 1 in the centre of the medal.
If you would like your gold medal card to be sent direct to the recipient, you can add a message to go inside the card, which will be printed onto a paper insert.
