Our Mix & Rise afternoon tea gift box comes with all the dry ingredients needed to make mouth-watering Plant-Based Banana & Fudge Muffins, including our handmade vegan coconut cream fudge made by chef Dani Salvador, muffin cases, and an easy recipe to follow. Topped off with a selection of artisanal tea by Good & Proper.
Makes 8 muffins. Bake within 3 months of receiving and store in a cool, dry cupboard.

To keep things fresh we’ll leave it to you to supply the muffin cases, bananas, some plant-based yoghurt and a little vegetable oil - but with our kit that’s everything you need to treat your friends, family (and yourself!) to some tasty home-baking.
Ingredients: Flour, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Coconut Cream, Vanilla Extract, Vegan Margarine, Glucose Syrup, Soy Milk.

Our bakes are only as good as the ingredients we use so we work hard to source high quality, locally-milled organic flours, such as Shipton Mill, and natural ingredients that are big on flavour and have been sustainably and ethically produced.
PLANET-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
Our dry ingredients are hand-packaged in natureflex, a clear film made from renewable wood pulp which means it can either be home-composted or left to biodegrade naturally with your normal rubbish. Our fudge has been freshly vacuum sealed in a compostable eco-pouch. Our boxes are recyclable and made from 75% recycled materials.
