White Wine: We have sourced a fresh, clean and uncomplicated Gascogne Blanc de Blancs Sec, Côtes de Gascogne 2019.
It is made from quality grapes sourced from Gascony. Delicious, fresh, fragrant nose, zesty and invigorating. The flavour is equally fresh and zingy with crisp green fruit on the palate and lively acidity - quite dry but exuberantly fruity with a very clean finish, making this an uncomplicated easy-drinking dry white wine of character.
Ideal as an apéritif, with fish or simple vegetable salad dishes.
Red Wine: We have sourced a delicious, soft, fruity red made predominantly from a blend of Grenache and Syrah from the Vin de Pays de Vaucluse.
A classic Rhône red with ample rich fruit and an appealing herbal freshness. The palate is lusciously textured with plum, strawberry and a touch of spice. A delicious, uncomplicated, soft, fruity red... yet serious enough to accompany food.
Drink with hearty food such as grilled meats and casseroles. Also great with pizzas and medium mature, hard cheeses.
