This ethical gift is a handcrafted aged timber frame made using sustainable reclaimed wood. Individually handmade in the UK at our Devon workshop.
Our planet friendly handmade photo frames are individually waxed and and painted by hand and available in a range of finishes and colours to suit any decor. Please drop us an email if you wish to select a bespoke size or an alternative finish or colour.
Available in a natural or dark wood finish with four different inner frame colour options.. black, light green, antique cream and white.
We use the same aged solid timber to promote sustainability throughout our collection including shelves, coat hooks and furniture all made using the same locally sourced reclaimed wooden timbers.
The aged timber boards are firstly cut into half at our workshop and then using a mitre saw we cut the frame sections at 45 degree angles, before the frame is glued and reinforced using special v shape nails and dried overnight.
The frame is then sanded down and the top frame is nailed into place before the whole frame is waxed and painted by hand.
After installing the brass sawtooth hangers the frame is ready to packed and dispatched to awaiting customers.
