- Filling mix (sugar, dark chocolate chips, orange zest)
- Cannoli mix (flour, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder)
- Chopped pistachios
- Candied orange peel
- Malt vinegar
Equipment included:
- 3 cannoli rings
You will need to add:
- Water
- Ricotta or vegan ricotta (see tips)
- Vegan butter or margarine
- Oil for frying
- Icing sugar (optional)
